Hotel Boutique Rancho Tecate, Tecate

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room I got was horrible, with a non-functional AC, dirty carpet, and a bathroom that seemed to be crumbling. To make matters worse, the staff didn't offer any assistance to improve my experience. It's frustrating to see my family staying at another place just minutes away, paying significantly less for a much better room compared to the price I paid here.
